The Company’s primary focus over the years has been on manufacturing safe and high-quality HIPS and PP Plastic Cups and Containers.
Who We Are & What We Do
Over the last 20 years, Vandhana International Pvt. Ltd. (VIPL) has created a niche for itself as a primary supplier of thermoformed plastic cups and containers. Ever since the inception of the concept of packaged yogurt in India, VIPL and VPP have been supplying thermoformed cups to various Dairy companies like Nestle, Mother Dairy, Britannia, VRS Foods and others. We also supply thermoformed containers to other large FMCG Companies for their packaging needs.
Our first unit – Vandhana International Pvt. Ltd. (earlier R.S.Enterprise) is located in the Okhla Industrial Area of New Delhi. Now it has been refashioned into our Design and Development Centre. Our second unit - now our prime manufacturing facility - Vandhana Poly Plast (VPP) is located in Haridwar in the Sidcul Industrial Area.

Other Developments
In 2012, to meet growing consumer demands, VIPL expanded its production base in North India, by setting up a second unit – Vandhana Poly Plast (VPP).
Environmental Responsibility
Vandhana has been a leader in the industry and was one of the first to introduce an in-house recycling facility within its manufacturing plant for re-processing of plastic waste generated at the Plant. VPP maintains an up-to-date Pollution License as well.

The Company is aware of its environment responsibilities and is working towards sustainability and offering more sustainable solutions for plastic packaging. This is in line with our vision to innovate and offer more environment friendly packaging solutions.

VPP is a Sedex compliant unit and we treat the safety of our employees with utmost importance. A safe, clean and healthy work environment is the prime philosophy of the Company.
International Certifications and Standardization
The company has adopted the best hygiene practices and quality standards and has also attained its ISO 22000:2005 and GMP certifications. VPP is a Sedex compliant and BRC Food Packaging certified manufacturing unit.
Our Journey

1978
Started out in the name Plast Kraft as a manufacturer for thermoformed plastic cups.

1981
Started working with Nestle in India as a supplier of printed cups for their coffee brand Nescafe for cricket matches taking place in the country.

1984
Brought the 1st German Thermoforming Machine Illig to India along with an Italian 3 colour Printing machine.

1984
Started processing and manufacturing of PP containers for packing margarine for Amrit Banaspati Co. Ltd.

1986-87
Purchased our 1st in-house sheet extrusion machine. Also purchased our own Dr. Boy Injection Moulding machine.

1990
Started working with Pepsi as a supplier of Printed cups.

1995
Purchased Newtech 5 colour Printing machine from USA

1996
Produced Michael Jackson printed cups for Pepsi for the Michael Jackson tour of India and South-east Asia.

1998
Started operations as RS Enterprise (Prop. Vandhana International Pvt. Ltd.)

2001
First company to introduce the concept of packaging for Yogurt / Dahi in printed plastic cups. Made a shift from market/retail sale to institutional sales.

2006
Started shrink sleeving process for packaging of dairy cups and containers and became a major supplier of sleeved dairy cups for some of the top dairy companies in the country like Nestle, VRS Foods, etc.

Expanded capacity by building a new unit in North India - Vandhana Poly Plast (VPP).

2014
VPP passed the SMETA 4 Pillar Audit and became a SEDEX compliant facility.

2017
VPP Achieved ISO 22000:2005 and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certifications in May 2017.

2018
VPP Audited under SMETA Version 6.0 and re-certified as a Sedex compliant facility.

2020
Vandhana Poly Plast certified as a BRC Food Packaging compliant facility and re-certified for ISO 22000:2005 and GMP Certifications.

Yash Sehgal
DirectorAn engineer & a graduate from IIM Kozhikode, he has over 18 years of experience in the Plastics sector. All technology upgrades and design innovations are done under his supervision.
