Our Materials & Process
The Company manufactures thermoformed containers made from High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) or Polypropylene (PP) plastic granules. It is easy to process and fabricate these plastic materials to form containers and cups in the desired shape and size as per customer needs and specifications. These cups and containers can then be decorated through shrink sleeving or dry-offset printing using a Ultraviolet/Non Ultraviolet printing option, depending on the customer's requirements. All raw material and packaging material used by us are non-toxic, food grade and from approved suppliers only.
HIPS Cups
High Impact Polystyrene granules are useful in making thermoformed rigid-sheets and also packaging for cold and lower heat application items like cups and containers for packaging of ice creams, juices, dairy products etc.
